Common Prayer is a daily habit. It is an ancient liturgical tradition, called the Daily Office, that grounds the individual and prepares their heart by focusing on Christ. Saint Augustine of Hippo famously said “You have made us for yourself, O Lord, and our heart is restless until it rests in you.” This podcast is intended to help busy individuals find rest in God.
