The Diving for Pearls Podcast will feature women in the UAE and across the globe who are breaking ground in their industry, while transforming the cultural landscape. We have chosen to make links to the pearl diving tradition which was interwoven into Emirati culture more than 1,000 years ago. Additionally, as 2019 was declared the "Year of Tolerance" in the UAE, we have chosen to engage in dialogue with female thought leaders, innovators and visionaries from a diverse range of backgrounds.
