During WWII, Lt. John Low, Jr, was shot down over Occupied Holland. He spent 11 months evading capture due to the selfless efforts of the Dutch Underground. “After a 96-hour war, Holland capitulated to Germany in May of 1940, but while the Dutch Government was forced to lay down its arms in the face of Hitler’s mighty armies, the people and underground fought on until they witnessed the defeat of this enemy.”-John Low, JrThanks to Swing Republic for the opening music.
