About

Qariwarmi is a podcast created by and for the queer BIPOC community, to be unapolegitcally ourselves.  Our identities are complex and none of us fit neatly into a single category. We are here to share parts of our lives, identities and discuss our intersectionality as well as current events. Qariwarmi was the term used for the third-gender and androgynous shamans, in the Inca Empire. Here, we celebrate our roots, honor our ancestors and break down colonialism.
