Three years ago, I felt stuck. Not knowing what I was getting myself into, I decided to hike the Pacific Crest Trail. During three months, I completed 1,100 miles of trail in three states. Walking alone for hours on end gave me a lot of time to think, and it showed me what’s important to me. Personal growth, relationships, and health became my core values.
