We take you everywhere, on a bike that goes nowhere! Meredith and Frank are both deeply involved with our connected fitness community and we love talking equipment, instructors, news, and friends! Our mission is to engage and lift others with fun discussion, interviews, and info that will help us connect with each other and fuel our passion for the bike/rower/tread that go nowhere.
