About
Join us as we openly explore the highs & lows of our ongoing journeys as creative artists, teachers & struggling humans in NYC. We channel our sarcasm, wit & honest introspection into this weekly podcast. Recognizing that we all have stories to share & some are more painful than others but connection & expression are imperative for our humanity, we’re both ready to be real with ourselves & with you. We will discuss everything from atrocious audition stories to how we’re working through childhood trauma, our favorite meditations & what inspires us to keep searching for our personal truths.
