A non-partisan and independent initiative started and fully funded by a group of Tibetan students and professionals. The goal is to improve democracy by creating a platform for open discussion and educating society. "མང་གཙོ་དང་བགྲོ་གླེང་།" ཞེས་པའི་ལེ་ཚན་འདི་ནི་བོད་མི་སློབ་ཕྲུག་དང་ཆེད་ལས་པ་ཁག་ཅིག་ནས་མ་བསྐུལ་དང་བླངས་ཀྱིས་བཙུགས་པ་ཞིག་དང་། ལས་གཞི་འདིའི་དམིགས་ཡུལ་གཙོ་བོ་ནི་སྤྱི་ཚོགས་ནང་མང་གཙོའི་གོ་རྟོགས་སྤེལ་རྒྱུ་དང་། རྣམ་དཔྱོད་དང་གུ་ཡངས་ཐོག་བརྗོད་གཞི་སྣ་ཚོགས་ལ་བགྲོ་གླེང་དང་བསམ་ཚུུལ་བརྗེ་ལེན་བྱ་སའི་སྡིང་ཆ་བསྐྲུན་ཐབས་བཅས་ཡིན།
