An Interim is considered as a temporary & intended period of time. When we apply this concept to human existence, we all experience this momentary period. Although dynamic in nature, each person inevitably will experience a period of transitioning & development. There is no right or wrong way to go about the interim but through reflection, critical thinking & discussion. The interim can constitute a period of change, a call to action or an area of greatened self awareness for anyone.
