Singer/songwriter/activist Aris explores the music from his new album "Through The Storms" along with in-depth conversations with artists, collaborators and outstanding individuals. A tapestry of stories of love, loss, heartbreak and hope, we'll share our experiences with grieving, healing, overcoming fear and coping with mental health issues. We'll visit music as a resource for survival and emotional wellbeing while exploring the stories behind the songs. Together, we'll bring light to dark places and offer insight and inspiration for making it through your own personal storms.
