Hi everyone, we are Mel and Tracy flying under Hope Overload DownUnder, with a little show about a few popular problem's that is burdened with Stigma.. We want to talk about our own experiences and yours, one day at a time, replacing stigma with hope and understand. Focusing but never limited to Mental Health Conditions, Suicide and Addiction and the issues/struggles surrounding them both.. We want to share the good the bad and the ugly, there will be laughing and crying, but mostly understanding...
