My name is Maggie McGrath, and I'm a Traveling Registered Nurse. There is no doubt that Nursing is my calling. I put everything I have into this career and I’m proud of the Nurse I’ve become over the last 5 years, but I’m burned out. Every day I consider doing something else. I’ve spent the last 2 years traveling to different cities every 3 months in search of the perfect job, and I’ve learned that I’m not alone in my burnout.
